The hotel has 43 spacious, bright and elegantly furnished apartments with unique Chalet finish and fireplace for extra comfort. Each room is different in size and offers a unique atmosphere and individual design.

Guests can sample the best of global cuisine and traditional dishes with a modern twist in the two dining rooms of the Garlic restaurant. The hotel’s restaurant hosts a variety of personal and corporate gatherings. You can enjoy great background music, cocktails and delicious restaurant dishes in the friendly atmosphere and modern style of the lobby or lounge.

Entry, offers complete recharging and relaxation after an exciting day in the mountains. All guests have access to a sauna with garden views, a steam bath, an outdoor hot tub and a relaxation area. The water temperature reaches 38°C. Upon request, the hotel provides massage services to its guests.

Finally, the hotel offers one of the largest children’s centres in Bansko for younger guests. It is free of charge for hotel guests and has areas for children of all ages and allows the organisation of children’s events and birthday parties. On request, the hotel can arrange an animator for special events.
